Big welcome to 2007
Well the 2006 Racing season has come and gone. I told myself that I would keep a better tab on the team this past year. deliver all the stats, new photos and anything new. Well I didn't and well we weren't around much anyway. It's like every other season. Were there we start getting the hang of things. Then we get wrecked! then days, weeks, months later. We find the bent part bothering us. Thats racin...

So the Bachman team is once again doing the song and dance. Were hoping that we get all the plans done sometime this year & be able to run alittle a Mountain. Like we always do.....

It finally happened!!!!
Well it finally happened....we made it to the race track. Not to watch but, we raced. 19 modifieds showed up. We started 9th in the 1st heat race. Finished 6 I think, I'm not really sure. We started 10th in the feature. Worked our way up to 6 and hit the spin cycle between turn 3 and 4. We then worked our way up to 5th and had a mental mistake that caused us to go to the back. We never lost a lap and finished 9th. So over all it was a exciting successful day. So it was a 1st week top 10..yah!

We have to give a thank you to Mike Adams and Russ France for all their help. There are 2 more weeks remaining in the season. I hope we are able to make it to one of them.

Thanks, Webmaster
Just plain sad
Thanks to the anonymous moron I get the joy of deleting my 1st comment. I was wondering how long it would take till some one to use our blog for random advertising. Please don't.....

Farewell to Tioga

Well another racetrack has come and gone. Or has it? Rumor is the mining that is going around the track may not be taking over next year. That the track may be around for another year. Oh please make this so. We need more tracks where racers can race. Mountain Speedway and Mahoning Valley are great tracks. The problem in my eyes is there is no wiggle room. You lose it or you get a (friendly) tap. Your in the wall hoping to get the car fixed for next week. There is more room at Tioga. You can get off the track at the backstretch and have a chance to save it. I'm not going to get on a soap box here... So that's it. One more thing, I miss Flemington!
